In 2022, we found common ground with Bruce Tait, the founder of Bruce Tait Associates (“BTA”). We share the same values, principles, and commitment to the nonprofit sector.

BTA provides strategic and fundraising consultancy services for charities and nonprofits across the UK. Their unique ethical recruitment service connects organizations with exceptional talent.

Charity Careers, a values-based recruitment platform, was born out of the high demand for specialized recruitment services in the UK. With the support of Scottish Enterprise, they’ve expanded globally, launching in Scotland, Canada, and Ireland.

Unveiling Charity Careers Africa

In response to South Africa’s need for ethical recruitment, we’re thrilled to introduce Charity Careers Africa. This initiative marks the beginning of an exciting consulting collaboration between BTA and HNC.

We firmly believe that Charity Careers Africa and our collaborative consulting approach will provide non-profits with the tools they need for capacity building and sustainable growth.

Benefitting from our combined experience and expertise, BTA and HNC have developed bespoke consulting services. These services include strategic development support, governance review, trustee recruitment, and comprehensive fundraising advice.
