Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce Degree (University of Pretoria, 1999); Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP) (correspondence via the University of the Free State, 2001); Honours Degree in Environmental Management (Unisa, 2012); Associate Member of the Association of BEE Professionals.

Jo-Anne Hay’s great love of Africa, its communities, and wide-open spaces, as developed at a very young age when she was privileged to spend a lot of time exploring southern Africa.

After being involved in various community-related projects, she decided to change her career path from finance to one which would make a change. This change allowed her to more actively be involved in creating solutions for some of the many issues present in SA, specifically, education, job creation and enterprise development. It was this burning desire for a great Africa that gave birth to Human Nature Consulting.

Founded in 2014, Human Nature Consulting has been an exciting journey with a growing network of corporates, SMEs and NPOs that are connecting and working together to maximise impact.
